  • Tom Kelble D.V.M.

    Tom grew up in Milwaukee and is from a large family.  He has always enjoyed science, medicine and animals, and  ended up combining these passions into a career as a veterinarian.

    Tom graduated from UW Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.  He went on to earn his D.V.M. degree from UW Madison in 1989.

    Tom is married to Gail and they have 2 daughters and 2 dogs. 

    In his free time during the summer Tom likes to sail and in the winter he likes to snowshoe and cross country ski.

  • Megan Kramer, D.V.M.

    Megan grew up in the Stevens Point area and graduated from UWSP with a Bachelor's degree in Biology.  She earned her DVM from UW Madison in 2007 and worked in Whitewater, WI at a mixed animal practice for 5 years, before moving back to the area.  

    Megan and her husband, Justin, have a son and a daughter, two dogs and two cats.  Her special interests include behavior, dermatology, and internal medicine.  In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, camping and swimming.

  • Dr. Kris Hoffman, D.V.M

    Dr. Kris grew up in the Wausau area and attended veterinary school at UW Madison.  She has practiced companion animal medicine in Central Wisconsin for the past 20 years.  In addition she has ran a small organic, pasture based farm and taught Veterinary Technology at the college level.  She is very active with the Marathon County Humane Society.  When not working, she likes to explore the woods or waters of Wisconsin with her two daughters, or hanging out with her geriatric horse Lexi.

  • Dr. Denise Belue, D.V.M


    Dr. Denise grew up in Des Moines, IA and graduated from Iowa State University in 1986.  She moved to the Chicagoland area where she has practiced ever since.  
    The past 15 years she has practiced in Gurnee, IL.  Dr. Denise is married and has one fur baby named Reagan who is a pitbull.  She loves riding horses and is taking dressage lessons.  Her husband is an avid fisherman, and will enjoy our Wisconsin lakes.

  • Dr. Lynda Bernsteen, D.V.M.

    Dr. Lynda graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993.  After completing two internships and working at a private practice in southern California, she was accepted into the surgical residency program at the University of California-Davis and became a board certified surgeon in 2001.  Dr. Lynda stayed on at UC-Davis for several years teaching students and also acting as the Director of the kidney transplant program.  In 2003, she left UC-Davis to work as a surgeon in a specialty private practice for 10 years.  In 2013 Dr. Lynda moved to the Durango area and worked as a surgeon in private practice for 4 years.  She is now coming back to Wisconsin to be closer to family and friends.

    Dr. Lynda's special area of interest include minimally invasive surgery, complex soft tissue surgeries, and reconstructive surgery.  In her spare time she enjoys hiking with her shar-pei Daphne, quilting and other crafts, and spending time with family.

  • Eyvonne Harris

    Hospital Manager

    Eyvonne has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Communication and an associate's degree in Veterinary Technology.  She enjoys anything outdoors including:  swimming, boating, kayaking, and taking care of her hobby farm.  Eyvonne's beloved pets are a Siberian Husky, English Bulldog, German Shepherd, and Boxer.  She also has two very silly  Dwarf Nigerian goats.  

    Working in the veterinary field gives her much challenge and satisfaction.  Knowing that she is involved with the happiness that animals give their owners is very gratifying.  She also likes the community involvement her position allows her to have.

    Denice has worked in the veterinary field for 12 years.  She currently owns 9 cats of her own.  Denice likes to camping and walking.  Working in the veterinary field gives her fullfillment knowing that she plays a part in helping our clients fur babies.

    Certified Veterinary Technician

    Anna is the newest addition to our staff.  She joined Community Animal Hospital in January 2018.  Anna graduated from Madison Area Technical College in 2016 and loves meeting all the great pets and their owners.  She also likes to learn new things on a daily basis.  On her free time she likes to go out and watch live music, cooking, reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.  She is also a proud owner of a kitty named Finn.

  • Sara Jankowski

    Veterinary Assistant

    Sara joined our staff as a veterinary assistant in September 2017.  She has one cat named Charlie who is her baby.  Sara enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen and watching TV.  She love meeting all the pets and their owners who come to the clinic.    Sara has taken veterinary courses at UW Stevens Point and Globe University.

    Veterinary Assistant

    Sheila has been a Veterinary Assistant for 18 years.  She enjoys working with animals and their owners.  She owns a dog and takes care of her "foster dog" as well.  

    On her spare time Sheila likes to kayak, snow ski, snowmobile, and walking the dogs.

    She truly enjoys her field of work and feels lucky to work with a great bunch of people.

    Aryn has been in the veterinary field as a receptionist and veterinary assistant for over 7 years.  She has always enjoyed meeting new people and spending time with their animals.  Aryn has been married for 4 years to her husband Matt, and has one son.  Together they enjoy attending many of their son's sporting events including basketball, baseball, and football.  In her spare time Aryn enjoys golfing, gardening, and traveling.  Aryn has one fur baby, a teddybear pup named Hutson, but hopes to add another one to her family soon.

    Houa was born in central California and moved to Wisconsin when she was 10yrs old.  She graduated from Broadview University in 2017 with an associates degree in Veterinary Technology.  In her free time she likes to spend time with her 10yr old husky, Damien and her sister's two cats.  She also loves to travel and is a fan of Wisconsin hockey and the Minnesota Wild.

    Receptionist

    Sue has lived and worked in the Stevens Point area her whole life.  She entered the veterinary field in 2010.  In 2013 she joined the team here at Community Animal Hospital.  The best part of her job is assisting owners and their beloved pets.

    Sue also owns a small dog by the name of Yukon.

  • Kelly Higgins

    Receptionist

    Kelly has worked in the veterinary field as an assistant and receptionist for 18 years.  She has 6 dogs, 9 goats, 2 cats, 3 ducks, and an African Grey.  She competes with her dog in flyball, rally, nosework, and agility.  She is also a CNA and works with home health care in her spare time.  Kelly also has a passion in therapy laser and often assists with laser procedures here at the clinic.  She loves knowing that she has made a difference in a pet/owner's life.

    Receptionist

    Kim has been with Community Animal Hospital almost 1 year.  She has two fur babies name Irie and Sawyer and 1 green parakeet named Louie.  She likes to kayak, travel,gardening, and ride her Harley.  She loves working with dogs whether training, walking or boarding them.  She has completed a dog training internship program.

    Jeanne has been with Community Animal Hospital since 2007.  She plays an integral part of our CAH team.  Jeanne keeps all the kennels in top notch condition for your beloved pets.  Jeanne loves to talk to the pets as she is cleaning and enjoys being part of our team.
